Renew is our take-back and resale program designed to keep our clothes in use and out of landfills. We take back your pre-loved EILEEN FISHER pieces, clean them, and find them a new home.
What condition are Renew items in?
Every garment undergoes a rigorous inspection. We only sell items that are in excellent 'like-new' condition or have been professionally mended to meet our high quality standards.
How do I return my old EILEEN FISHER clothes?
You can bring your pre-loved EILEEN FISHER clothes to any EILEEN FISHER or Renew retail store, or mail them to us using our standard recycling program guidelines found on our main site.
What is your return policy for Renew purchases?
We want you to love your purchase. Renew items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as when they were received and have all original tags attached.
How long does shipping take for Renew orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order departs our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, EILEEN FISHER Renew only ships to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our circular mission to more locations in the future.
