We want you to love your EILEEN FISHER Renew pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to support our ongoing circularity efforts.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging or a reusable mailer, ensuring all Renew tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
